Based in the ever-expanding music hub of Asbury Park, NJ, this alt/punk trio likes it loud and simple. Combining elements of polished punk and alternative pop rock, they resonate a sound that is catchy, fierce and fast. In February 2011 LIS hit the studio with Pete Steinkopf of the legendary Bouncing Souls to record a 5 song EP that was released as a split album with American Pinup this past February. 2012 holds extensive touring for these modern punks, as they perform a week's worth of industry showcases at SXSW and 14 dates on Vans Warped Tour. A follow-up full length album is slated to drop June 5th. Their music and talents haven't gone unnoticed, as they've won a handful of national and local competitions and awards, including a top 20 spot in AMP Magazine's online voters poll of "Top 50 Most Anticipated Bands on Vans Warped Tour."
