About

Spacebones is combatting a world of technological seclusion, attempting to unite the millennials through physical engagement and eccentricity. This space crew is focused on integrating all ages of supporters into one spacy community that is grounded in social activism, positive living and giving, and enthusiastic nights that allow fans to let loose and be their silliest selves. Spacebones' community, defined by diversity, political and social involvement, and artistic energy has sparked playful carousing and networking between supporters. Not only are the fans motivated by the music, but also the awareness of other young Chicago locals looking to socialize and activate their civic power. Space cadet’s and space sirens are maestros of concert silliness; they take over the stage with jokes, games offstage, and peer to peer schmoozing which has not only proven to be a motivator to get people off their sofas but it has also made fans feel included and more willing to participate in Spacebones events and civic engagement as a united front. The band has just launched their first album Sweet Blood, a high- quality downloadable LP. Sweet Blood is an expressional concept of life and movement. It flows through you, pulsing through your veins with every step, fueling your every breath. It's your passion for life, your drive, your grind, your essence, your love for creation and consumption. Since community involvement is integral to the band, 10% of the bands revenue will be donated to Misericordia Home of Mercy, a non-profit in Chicago, serving over 600 children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. These revenue models and the giving back aspect reflects the notion of community that we hope to rejuvenate, and every event within our future will raise funding for causes in need of financial support, continually changing like world and its needs.
