Description

Confirmed is on a mission with their songs that range from thought provoking beauty to full blown metal to help the lost and the broken see hope in their futures and also to encourage people to have fun and look the way they want to look. You don't have to look and act conservative to be a Christian!!! Confirmed consists of Donna Anast on lead vocals, Michael Anast on guitar and vocals. Robert Sweet of Stryper is guest drumming with Confirmed on songs for their album "Defining the Lens". The band incorporates its hard hitting music into their energetic live show opening for national acts such as "Thousand Foot Krutch", "Love and Death"-featuring Brian "Head" Welch of KORN, "Righteous Vendetta", "Stryper", "12 Stones", "The Letter Black", "Nine Lashes" and many more.. Donna and Michael were previously in the secular metal band "Auralast" and opened for multi-platinum artists such as Rob Zombie, Godsmack, Shinedown, Powerman 5000, F5 w/ Dave Ellefson (Megadeth)...but they had to put their musical careers on hold...in June of 2009 Donna was diagnosed with a terminal illness and was given 2 to 6 months to live, then in 2011 Michael died on the operating table during surgery. God saved BOTH of them with inspiring miracles ! Now they live for Him ! They intend to spread the message to the world that it's cool to love God. Confirmed is ready for that mission !
