Genres: All. Capacity: 84. They host shows on Saturday nights only. Shows usually start between 9 and 10 PM and have a $5 cover. Thursday night is Karaoke and Fridays are reserved for DJs (no cover). Also, on Mondays they offer free darts. *Note: Shows are temporarily on hiatus for the rest of the summer.

Small, gritty dive bar. Not a ton of cash to be had, but you do get an even split of the $5 door. Books any kind of music. A lady named Geri books for the place. Contact her, not the actual Porter's Tap myspace. No press kits needed. Good rock/punk bands to book with in the area are Gun, Johnny Murder, the Model Citizens, or the Bradley Report for a consistent draw. If you're a metal band, Geri'd be the one to talk to for who to get on the show with.
