Average Joes has just completed a second show at Studio 99, the first at the 115 Main location. The venue is every bit as acoustically wonderful as the location prior, and is more readily accessable for our audience. The intimacy of the room is fabulous and as stated by all reviewers, it is acoustically wonderful. This was Average Joes first performance of this length, and the atmosphere at Studio 99 made it feel like a performance at a house party. We would recommend it for any small group looking for a great little spot to perform. Great job Elise...

Studio 99 is a wonderful place to perform! Matching Orange has had the pleasure of playing two shows at this great venue -- which by the way has a fantastic grand piano. Director Elise MacDonald brings a wide range of bands and soloists to Studio 99, as well as hosting all sorts of regular jam sessions there. If you want great music in a relaxed, listening atmosphere, head on over to Studio 99.

Fantastic little listening room venue! This club really is a classic listening room and once my trio got over our initial skepticism of not having any sound reinforcement we ended up having a marvelous time. The venue organizer is very mindful of her performers as well as her community and treated us very well. We're looking forward to going back!

It's all about the music at Studio 99- a true listening environment that's a rare treat for both performers & audience alike. Beautiful, lively acoustics in a relaxed setting allow for the focus to be directly on the music, not competing with the din of a bar, latte machines or chatty people. Elise MacDonald has worked very hard to create a cool space to play & hear music, and she's friendly, helpful and honest, to boot. Who knew it was possible?! Kudos to Elise & Studio 99!! I can't wait to go back... -Elizabeth Lorrey, musician, producer, engineer.
