Booking Tips:
The DAAC takes a unique approach to booking. Basically if you want to host a show, just reach out to their volunteer committee and tell them your idea and the date that you are looking to book. Be sure to read the Tech and Payout Specs first though. Finding bands and arranging the lineup and details is up to you. They work with a lot of independent promoters and require at least one DAAC volunteer to work every event. A great way to book here is to attend one of their meetings. If you cannot do this, then try your luck on their forum.

a wonderful, supportive place to play. I can't imagine playing anywhere else in in the g-raps.

I am a Michigan musician, and this is the best venue I have played at thus far throughout the state. My tunes are often downtempo and moody, yet every time I have played here, the minute I introduced myself the room went completely quiet, whether there were ten people in it or seventy. As it is a dry venue, and as the title states, a collective, the people who attend these concerts are all about the music and very respectful.
